A+ Federal Credit Union Invites Central Texas To Vote for Local Organizations To Receive $10,000 in A+ Gives Day Donations

Daily voting helps five organizations
earn a chance to receive a $2,000 donation

AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- On October 12, A+ Federal Credit Union (A+FCU) will host its fifth annual employee day of giving, A+ Gives Day. More than 500 A+FCU team members from Central Texas and across the country will volunteer with nonprofit organizations in support of A+FCU's mission of building stronger communities through charitable service and outreach.

A+ Gives Day Celebrates 5 Years of A+FCU Giving

To expand the impact of this initiative, A+FCU is inviting community members and nonprofit supporters to vote online each day to help local organizations earn entries into a random drawing for the five $2,000 donations to be awarded on A+ Gives Day. Each vote earns the organization one entry into the drawing. Voting is open from September 14 through September 27. Click here to vote.

In 2025, the A+ Gives Day voting campaign generated more than 3,900 votes from the community and resulted in $10,000 in donations to the top-voted organizations. A+FCU team members presented donation checks while volunteering at each winning organization, a meaningful tradition that will continue this year.

A+ Gives Day provides an important opportunity for A+FCU employees to connect with one another while supporting causes that make a difference in the communities they serve. Volunteer projects support organizations focused on community outreach, park beautification, animal welfare, and food insecurity.

Voting Information

Voting will be open online at aplusfcu.org/gives from 12:01 a.m. CT on September 14, 2026, through 11:59 p.m. CT on September 27, 2026. To vote, individuals must be at least 18 years old, reside in Texas, and have a valid email address. Limit one vote per person per day.
