POP Board Co.'s POPUP Dock, nicknamed "The Party Barge," is an 8 by 7 foot inflatable platform designed to create that space beside a boat, an existing dock, or another protected-water setup.

At 56 square feet, the POPUP Dock gives families and friends room to spread out, sit, swim, stage gear, or simply get off a crowded boat deck. When the day is over, the platform deflates and packs down for transport and storage.

"The POPUP Dock is where everybody ends up," said Nick Lanfranco, founder of POP Board Co. "It gives people another place to sit, swim, move around, and enjoy the day without crowding the boat. That social side of the product has always been a big part of what makes it fun."

Built to Stand On, Not Just Float

The POPUP Dock uses woven drop-stitch construction and marine-grade PVC to create a rigid platform when properly inflated. POP Board Co. lists the dock at 8 feet by 7 feet by 8 inches, with an optimal inflation range of about 5 to 7 PSI.

POP Board Co. says the included dual-action pump can bring the dock to full inflation in roughly 10 to 15 minutes. The brand also lists the platform at about 40 pounds, with the complete kit around 45 pounds.

Built for the Social Side of Summer

The POPUP Dock can serve as a swim platform, lounging deck, fishing base, paddle-board staging area, or tie-up space beside a boat. Multiple docks can also be connected to create a larger floating setup.

"We designed it to be useful first, but we never wanted useful to mean boring," Lanfranco added. "It is built for real boat days, families, dogs, coolers, and people moving on and off the platform all afternoon. And yes, the beer pong template is there on purpose."
