WACO, Texas, Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- VoIP-Pal.com Inc. ("VoIP-Pal" or the "Company") (OTCID: VPLM) today announced that on September 4, 2026, it filed its Third Amended Complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in its antitrust action against AT&T Inc., Verizon Communications Inc., and T-Mobile US, Inc., Case No. 1:24-cv-03051-RDM.

The Third Amended Complaint follows the Court’s August 5, 2026 motions hearing, at which the Court granted the Company leave to replead its antitrust claims in a more streamlined and focused form. The amended pleading asserts four causes of action under the Sherman Act: unlawful tying under Section 1, unreasonable restraint of trade under Section 1, monopolization and monopoly maintenance under Section 2, and predatory pricing. The complaint alleges that the defendant carriers condition access to Wi-Fi calling on the purchase of their retail cellular calling-and-texting plans, foreclosing the market for standalone Wi-Fi calling to independent providers such as VoIP-Pal.

The Third Amended Complaint is available on the Company website via this link.

Separately, CEOCFO Magazine has today published an article featuring an interview with VoIP-Pal CEO Emil Malak, in which Mr. Malak discusses the newly filed complaint. The article can be accessed here.

“We are very pleased with the newly amended complaint, and believe this version presents a very clear story of our allegations” said Emil Malak, CEO of VoIP-Pal.

The Company will continue to update shareholders on material developments in the litigation as they occur.
