The association's Boston Coaching Partners roster grows to three — adding an executive and career coach who helps high-performing women lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity without sacrificing themselves in the process
BOSTON, Aug. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Women Leaders Association, the largest publisher and events organization for women professionals with 43,000 members and more than 130 regional chapters, today announced Lisa Reilly as the newest Coaching Partner of its Boston chapter, BostonWomenLeaders.org. The appointment brings the chapter's Coaching Partners roster to three rigorously vetted coaches, each with distinct specialties.
The Coaching Partners program was created to solve a problem the association's members raise constantly: coaching is one of the highest-impact investments a professional woman can make in her career — and one of the hardest to shop for. Coaching titles are unregulated, quality varies enormously, and a leader evaluating coaches on her own has little way to verify who is genuinely proven. Under the program, the Women Leaders Association does much of that screening on the member's behalf. Every Coaching Partner is vetted for recognized certifications, verifiable experience, and excellent client reviews before being presented to members, so each chapter's professionals can book a consultation with confidence, have a great experience, and keep rising in their careers.
Reilly coaches high-performing, high-achieving women who are ready to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity — without sacrificing themselves in the process. Through her signature Reclamation Method, she helps women reclaim their power, their identity, and their next level — for the woman who looks like she has it all together but feels like she is running on empty — so success doesn't just look good; it actually feels like hers. Her work spans executive leadership development, leadership presence and executive confidence, burnout prevention and sustainable high performance, strategic decision making, work-life integration, and identity reclamation beyond professional success, delivered through one-on-one coaching and VIP half-day intensives.
She coaches from lived experience. Reilly spent 23 years rising through biotech and pharmaceutical leadership — most recently as a Thought Leader Liaison in neuroimmunology at Horizon (now Amgen), a field-based marketing role in which she was selected for the company's 2024 Leadership Development Program; before that helping launch first-of-their-kind rare disease treatments at argenx, ranking in the top 10 percent nationally, and at Alexion, where she transformed a territory ranked last in the nation — #136 of 136 — into a top-25 performer in a single year and then the region's #1; and eight years at Novo Nordisk, where she was recognized as a Women of Novo Nordisk. She also guides professionals through career transitions and executive reinvention.
"I coach the woman who looks like she has it all together but feels like she's running on empty," said Reilly. "After twenty-three years building a biotech career that looked successful from the outside, I know how easy it is to stop showing up for yourself while you're showing up for everyone else. My work helps high-achieving women reclaim their power and their identity — so they lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity without sacrificing themselves in the process. I'm honored to join the Boston Coaching Partners and to help our members' success actually feel like theirs."
Reilly joins Susan Shepherd and Danielle Snow on the Boston roster, giving members a choice among three proven coaches with complementary strengths. Members can view Reilly's full profile, including her focus areas and credentials, book a free 30-minute clarity call through her calendar, or send her a private note through the page, at https://BostonWomenLeaders.org/coaching.html?coach=LisaReilly
"Lisa spent more than two decades succeeding inside demanding biotech organizations — number-one rankings, national launches, leadership councils — and then built a practice around the question so many accomplished women carry quietly: why doesn't this feel the way I thought it would?" said Lydia Price, 2026 Volunteer Chair of the Women Leaders Association. "With three vetted coaches now on the Boston roster, our members can find the right partner for the exact challenge in front of them."
The Boston expansion is part of a national rollout, with the association extending the Coaching Partners program across its network of more than 130 chapters, pairing each city's members with coaches selected for that market.
The Coaching Partners program extends the association's broader mission of giving professional women both the structural transparency and the individual support they need to advance. Research from Pew and others estimates that women still earn roughly 15 percent less than men on average, and most women have little visibility into which employers actually advance women fairly. The Women Leaders Association has invested heavily in closing that information gap: its Glass Ceiling Score project, uses big data to score most major U.S. employers on how fairly they promote women into management and executive roles, and its chapters publish Best Women Employers rankings, compensation studies, and annual Top 50 Women Leaders awards. Coaching Partners adds the complementary, personal dimension: once a member can see the landscape clearly, a proven coach helps her move through it.
